Through CADAL, an Argentine research and advocacy organization that for two decades has defended human rights and democratic values across Latin America, we support a yearlong program that brings human rights education and civic engagement to young Bolivians, the generation that will inherit the country the 2025 elections just reopened. Defenders of democracy need institutions that never go quiet, and citizens who never stop learning.
